ROLE OVERVIEW
Voice Engineers are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice and telecommunications systems that ensure reliable and secure communication services for our clients.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and support VoIP and telephony systems
- Troubleshoot voice and network-related issues
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security compliance
THE INDIVIDUAL
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Experience in VoIP, SIP, PBX, or telecommunications systems
- Strong troubleshooting and network fundamentals knowledge
- Familiarity with routing, switching, and voice protocols
- Good communication and documentation skills
